I made honey osechi using my own recipe!

We are grateful that 14 people gathered again this year. The first honey chestnut kinton pouch was made with the help of a 7-year-old child.

Osechi is easy to eat and healthy

It was well received by my family and relatives 🍯I especially love the natural sweetness of the tazukuri and the never-ending crunchiness.


Cherish your time and have fun!

Have a purpose so you don't have any regrets.

I want to live this year too.


Last year I obtained the Level 1 Prepared Food Management Certification!

For several years now, in order to help with product development,

I started studying from level 3.


This year, we will start with the Edomae sushi craftsmanship.

I would like to master Japanese cuisine.
