Sushi Training How to make sushi? Inari sushi

When you go abroad


"Japan is all about sushi.




I have made sushi for many times.


I always wondered if this was real sushi, as I made it in my own way at homestays in France, at parties with my schoolmates, and at my friend's house in Switzerland. I always wondered if it was real sushi.




And then..,


As I encountered impressive and delicious sushi in Japan,




I want to know what real sushi is!


I want to make delicious sushi for my family!


☆I want to pass on the traditional Japanese food culture to children overseas and in Japan!




My passion has been growing and I am now in training ☺.




I am now in training to make sushi, which is both fun and demanding.


I will tell you about it!




This is


We made inari sushi, futomaki (thick roll), and makimaki (middle roll).


The inari sushi has a little twist with the addition of yukari, shrimp and tobiko toppings.




The thick and medium rolls are different in size.
