Crispy Chicken with Honey Teriyaki

I was always worried about the teriyaki sauce, but now I'm going to use this one.“ ”Now that I know how to make it crispy, I'll make it for my family.

Crispy Chicken with Honey Teriyaki (Serves 2)


Preparations


1 chicken thigh (about 250g) (seasoning)


1/2 teaspoon honey


1/2 teaspoon grated ginger


1g salt




1 tablespoon potato starch


1 tablespoon sesame oil (Sauce)


2 teaspoons honey


2 teaspoons soy sauce


1 tablespoon water


The honey used in this recipe is from MY HONEY: Acacia Honey.


Do not give honey to children under 1 year old.


How to make...


Remove excess fat from chicken thighs, open the meat with a knife so that the thickness is even on the side opposite the skin, and lightly slice into stripes 1 cm wide. Put the meat and the seasoning into a plastic bag, rub well over the bag and leave it for about 5 minutes. If you have time, refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to soak in.




Once the flavor is absorbed, dust the skin side only with potato starch.




Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook slowly over low heat, pressing down with a spatula. Cook the chicken until the skin side is crispy. The key is to cook 80% on the skin side! Then flip over and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes to heat through. After removing from the pan, cut into bite-size pieces.




Wipe excess fat from the pan with kitchen paper, then add the sauce mixture and cook until thickened. Pour this sauce over the meat and it is ready to serve!

Preparations


8 string beans


Walnuts - 10g


1 tablespoon black ground sesame


1 teaspoon honey


1 teaspoon soy sauce


The honey used in this recipe is from MYHONEY: Acacia Honey.


Do not give honey to children under 1 year old.




How to make


Put walnuts and black ground sesame in a frying pan and heat over low heat to roast. Add honey and soy sauce to the mixture and stir to combine.


Boil stringy stringy kidney beans and slice diagonally into thirds. Mix the first mixture with the green beans and serve in a bowl!
