This morning I hollowed out a melon,

I put honey agar which I had made.

It is refreshing and good for hot summer.

How to make honey agar agar

Mix 5g agar powder and 500ml water in a pan,

Put over heat and bring to a boil for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring.

Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of honey,

Put the mixture into a mold and shape it into a ball. When the heat is removed, refrigerate.

Cut into pieces and use as honey beans!
