I served a sushi catering party🍣 to a gathering of 8 adults and 5 children at a friend's house.
I served a sushi catering party🍣!
I processed 1.8 kilograms of hamachi (half of a fish) and seared it.
We also seared a 1.8 kg hamachi and wrapped a sea bream in shiso leaves,
The most popular dishes were scallops and squid.
with grated yuzu (Japanese citrus fruit) + salt.



Let the kids have fun with hand-rolled sushi.
