Last week was the midterm test for kirikiri and nigiri☺.
Again, we are competing for speed and beauty.
Here is what kind of test it was.
Kiritsuke test
The winner gets a score of 20 points, with 14 or more passing.
The maximum score is 20 points, and 14 points or more is acceptable.
The weight must be 12-14 grams.
Size must be 8✕3 cm.
→ The result is 10 points for weight, 9 points for size, and 19 points total for passing the test☺As long as the cut is done, it is OK!
Grip test
The number of pieces you can grip in one minute or three rounds is the total number of pieces you can grip.
Pass the test with 10 points or more.
The total number of pieces remaining is determined by weighing the pieces that are OK to grip. The shape and weight must both be OK.
Shape
Is the neta broken?
Is the rice sticking out?
Does the rice fall off when lifted?
Is the outside tightening OK?
Are there any finger marks on the rice?
Weight
15 to 17g?
→The result was 10 points.
The speed of the test is also very fast, and you can't grip 5 pieces in 1 minute unless you try very hard.
Since this is a mid-term test
The purpose is to know my current ability.
I have to shorten my speed before graduation!
In the tension with my classmates,
I enjoyed the test🐟.
I feel like I am growing with each test.
